From her very first job at her father’s computerized automation business to her years at Fenwick & West – where she represented over 50 startups, leading several through successful IPO or acquisition – she’s maintained a steadfast commitment to helping small businesses achieve their goals. Equally devoted to the community, Mariana has been recognized for regularly volunteering her time and expertise through pro bono legal services. Mariana graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law.
